20 Minutes cardio of your choice (Run, Walk, Elliptical, Workout DVD, Bike... etc)
Plank 1 min: (forearms) Clap right hands/clap left hands, keep hips stable and parallel with floor.
Wheelbarrow Pushup x 10: Partner holds your feet while you do pushup/switch
Sit-ups X20: Toes together, do sit-up at same time criss cross hand clap (like a patty cake game)
Squat X15: Face each other, grasp your partners forearms and sit back into your heels in a squat… stay at same pace as partner
Oblique Twists X 15: Lay on your back facing opposite directions but have your hips touching one another’s. Come up into a sit-up towards the direction of your partner and clap hands.
Wall Sit Competition: Who ever can hold a wall sit the longest (make sure you and your partner keep good form at 90degrees and hands off of legs)
Bridges X 15: Lay on your back, partner holds your feet up in air and you lift your hips up off the ground and back down… USE YOUR CORE!
Dips X 10: Partner holds your feet up and you do dips (fingertips pointed towards you up on your hands, bend at the elbows to dip the hips down and work the triceps)
HELP EACHOTHER STRETCH OUT THE HAMSTRINGS: partner lay on back while the other lifts your straight leg and pushes back until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings… hold it there for 30seconds. Do this twice on each leg.

Happy New Year! It has been a busy year. I have recently started up my own personal training business and I am absolutely loving it. I am helping people live a healthy life full of fitness and happiness and that has always been my main goal. I also had competed in the 2012 Miss Swimsuit USA finals in Cancun Mexico... it is a beauty pageant for women who live a healthy lifestyle. If you would have asked me a year ago if I would have ever thought I would make it to the finals of a swimsuit competition I would have never have believed it. It was definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity that I could not of been more grateful for. This new year 2013 I plan on getting into the best shape of my life! I am going to start fresh with a 21 day cleanse from Herbalife so that I can start my year with clean eating habits full of fitness and fun! If you follow my blog you can join me in my journy of hitting my goals and also following the workouts and healthy recipes and tips I will be posting! I am wanting to build a supportive group on this blog for all of us to share comments, tips, and our own personal experiences with fitness and health! :) ENJOY
