Exercise circuit 2 (Glutes and Abs)
Circuit 2: Do right after Circuit one!
V ups
Reverse Cruch
Leg lowers
Punch side with weights in hands
Toe touches
Hemi Bridge
Cardio:
-Mountan Climbers
-Split Lunges
-Burpees
-Squat Jumps
Do all exercises 2X and 10 reps of each
