Work Out (Glutes and Abs)

Warm Up: run 5 min
Exercise Circuit 1:

Woodchops
Toe Taps Cruch shoulders up

Squat then pulse at bottom                               
Plank and tap out to sides with feet.

Lunge Torso Twist

Cardio:
-Mountain Climbers
-Split Lunges (fast)
-Burpees
-Squat Jumps
-Jumping Jacks

Go through all exercises 2X and 10 reps of each.
